We structure financing models for Protected Natural Areas:
Support in management of Conservation Units.
Consulting services for Conservation Units managing bodies, including RPPNs, in creating public/private partnership systems to support visitation/ecotourism, as well as for the preparation of a Business Plan to generate value/income from the conservation area and to create ecosystem services.
Restoration of areas inserted in Conservation Units (CUs) with pending land regularization.
Consulting services for private owners of land inserted in CUs, with Expropriation Proceedings not yet proposed or completed, to structure financing models to generate income from the conservation or restoration of these areas, during the course of land regularization. The models may involve the issue of Green Rural Product Certificate (CPR-Verde) of these areas or negotiations with CUs managing bodies to structure environmental compensation agreements, signing Environmental Rehabilitation Agreements – TCRA.
Creation of Private Natural Heritage Reserves (RPPNs) + Business Plan.
Consulting services for owners of areas with high level of environmental preservation for the creation of RPPNs*. Preparation of a Business Plan, combined to the RPPN creation, to generate value/income from the conservation area. With the Green Rural Product Certificate (CPR-Verde) being issued, the owner may obtain resources to pay for and prepare the RPPN Handling Plan, restoration activities of degraded areas, monitoring, planting seed, nurseries etc.
Business plan for the generation of value/income from the conservation area (for previously created RPPNs).
Consulting services for owners who preserve in preparing a business plan to generate value/income from the conservation area. With the Green Rural Product Certificate (CPR-Verde) being issued, the owner may obtain resources to pay for and prepare the RPPN Handling Plan, restoration activities of degraded areas, monitoring, planting seed, nurseries etc.
*The Private Natural Heritage Reserve (RPPN) is a privately owned CU, registered for perpetuity in the real estate registration, with the purpose to preserve the present biologic diversity.
