Sintropica Capital Natural was created in 2021, in the context of the new Law of Payment For Environmental Services and the Decree No. 10.828, which regulated the issuance of the Green Rural Product Certificate (CPR-Verde).

Consisting of young specialists and scholars of several areas, our team develops end-to-end solutions in Payments for Environmental Services (PES) through methodologies based in the main global frameworks of sustainable practices.

Our focus is to structure sustainable rural credit chains and make resources available for rural producers, rural cooperatives, sustainable input suppliers, and others, to invest in actions of sustainable, conservation and restoration handling in rural properties and in the marine environment, generating income and benefits in ecosystem services.

We are the first company registered in B3 (Brazilian Stock Exchange) to issue Green Rural Product Certificate (CPR-Verde). In addition to this certificate, we seek supporting the issue of other sustainable rural credit instruments, as Agribusiness Receivables Certificates (CRA) and Agribusiness Letters of Credit (LCA), and structuring Carbon Credit, PES and Protected Natural Areas financing projects.

Our purpose is to encourage the environmental restoration and conservation of millions of hectares of land, supporting the United Nations – UN declaration that considered this decade (2021-2030) as the Decade on Ecosystem Restoration.
