Innovation In Carbon Credit Projects

Innovation In Carbon Credit Projects

Based in Science Based methodologies and calculations, we have prepared projects that aim at decreasing the emissions of Greenhouse Gases (GHG) and increasing the carbon capture from the atmosphere. The projects can be prepared for rural producers seeking to transform their agricultural production and for companies and sectors, and they may entail:

  • Carbon credits calculation generated from restored or preserved areas and strategy for Green Rural Product Certificate’s emission
  • Coordination of carbon inventory and other GHG emissions by the company or sector from a certain period
  • Strategy of carbon neutralization and other GHG from preserved areas (proprietary or third parties), through the emission of Green Rural Product Certificate (CPR-Verde)
  • Strategy of carbon quantification equivalent to the emission of Green Rural Product Certificate (CPR-Verde) for sustainable agricultural inputs
  • Strategy of ESG for the company, with the indication of environmental, social and governance practices that can be incorporated by the company or sector, for the reduction of the carbon dioxide emission and other GHG
  • Preparation, assessment and validation of GHG reduction goals
  • Preparation of an end-to-end strategy for the adoption of sustainable production technologies to capture carbon from soil, measure and monitor it to issue the Green Rural Product Certificate (CPR-Verde)

The technologies of sustainable production can be related to*:

  • Rehabilitation of degraded pastures
  • Integration Crop-Livestock-Forest (iLPF)
  • Agroforestry Systems (SAFs)
  • Direct Seeding Systems (SPD)
  • Planted forests
  • Treatment of animal defecation, among others.

*The bigger the number of sustainable production technologies, the bigger the absorption of carbon from the atmosphere will be, and, therefore, the bigger the rural producer’s “prize”.
